health/fitness/yoga/spa retreat
Hello,
I am looking for a 2-4 week sort of budget retreat that offers yoga for beginners, meditation, spa services, healthy or diet food ... could be like an ashram but not too severe and not into free sex and luxury autos. I am a younger retired person living in Thailand without the benefit of Euros and with the understanding of what money in places like India/Thailand can buy, but am having trouble finding good value over the internet. Only finding rooms that should rent for $20 USD a night max for 100 to 200 Euros with flexible ideas of what services they MAY give you for this money, that are also way over-priced. I would like to start spending more time in India, if I can find some good solutions because I have some chronic health problems that need help not rip-offs. I don't have enough money to pay European vacationer prices either. I live on USD which suck right now and are not government funded so any help I can get will be very appreciated. Thank you!! |
