Hampi
Am currently looking for a place to stay in Hampi and have found this place: Kishkinda Heritage Village (I have the web address).
does anyone know much about this hotel? or does anyone have any recommendation for a nice, clean place to stay with private facilities? Also, in Rough Guide it states that a train leaves for Goa every day from Hampi, yet going to Hampi from Goa it states that there is only 3 trains a week. Can anyone expand on this information? Thanks |

Hi, Hampi doesn't have a train station. Closest is Hospet which is about 20mins by autorickshaw. I caught an overnight sleeper bus from Madagon in Goa. I stayed at the Hema hostel: look at this thread for my comments on it: I am going to hampi too
