does anybody know these two hotels in cochin?

Hello everybody,
we are in booking our trip and I would need your help on these offered places. Has anybody stayed here?

Casa Linda - belongs to the ballard group

and the other one is:

vintage inn

i stayed in casa linda.
good rooms, good price, great staff, nice location not far from all of it
internet, small restaurant inside

Also stayed at Casa Linda, wonderful place, the cleanest and freshest place we stayed in in India, and we payed only 600rp at the end of low season in late September. We had a small balcony, hot water and the place was spotless. Great guys on the desk, I have photos but they are too large for here - do you have an email address - Im at twistedviolet@iprimus.com.au just ask me there as i may forget from here.

I've stayed at the Vintage Inn, nothing special, for (if I remember well) 600 Rs last year. It's near Santa Cruz Cathedral and very close to Princess Street.
