Have you tried this? It's by an esteemed IM member who's not around a lot anymore. Seems to date to 2004: http://www.outtheresomewhere.net/?page_id=252
You'll get more web hits looking for Tse Chok-Ling Gompa, leaving out the superfluous monastery.
