Hi Kedar, so far we have received two numbers from our replies on the forum
from the Thai pages, in the actual photo of comment 8, you can read on the window Hotel Deepak - 01381 226214
and another reply we have had is for Hotel Pritam - 01381 226203

Our own enquiries have led us to Hotel Kuber, as we mentioned previously, which we only received word of through an agent, so we do not have the number for the hotel handy. Sorry about that! But hope the other numbers are helpful?
Let us know how your efforts go.

Hi Kedar. It would be very much appreciated if you could use full words when posting. There are many nationalities that use this site, and english is hard enough without using text. Thanks for your help with this.

Hi Mex,

Can you please share your experience of the hotel you stayed at in Ghangaria (the contact details of which are mentioned in the link provided by you above). Is it decent enough for a family?

I stayed there for 4 nights. There are 2 buildings, totally around 20-30 rooms. All guests are pilgrim family to Sri Hemkund Sahib except my group.

Room condition is quiet clean, except bedsheet, clean toilet in room. Hot water available with extra charge.
Staffs are very friendly.

If you plan to stay there, please tell them you get information from Thai photographer group last August.

By the way, although it is summer, weather up there is very cold and raining everyday.

Hi Kedar,

My friend used to stay at this hotel. He only show me a picture of this hotel from his previous trip.

I mean, I walk-in, didn't make any reservation.

They are many hotels at Ghangaria. Don't worry.

Thanks Mex for sharing the info. We are actually planning to go there in mid august and no rooms are available in the GMVNL guesthouse. So, we were a bit worried if getting a room without having any prior resvn would be difficult.

Kedar, i have also tried those numbers, but couldn't get through.
