Accomodation recomendations Kerala(?) beaches for 1 -2 month stay for family
Comic Sans
Hi there, I used to spend all my winters in India, 10 - 14 years ago. Now I have a family with 2 small kids. We want to stay Southern India on a great beach for 1 -3 months. Not keen on Goa so much, as did this whole scene in the past unless there is some good spots away from Vagator etc. My questions are ...where is good, great funky people and what kind of accomodation is good and cheapish these days? I used to rent out houses for the season in Goa and this worked out well but they needed furnishing. Is it the same in Kerala? Can you get good guest houses, furnished that are cheap enough? Is Kerala a good spot for a family to chill or does someone have a better suggestion? I feel a bit rusty on the whole India life and after 10 years things are boundto have changed. Thanks |
