Accomodation Fort Cochin and backwaters
Hello everybody. Planning to spend around 6 nights in Cochin (Beginning of February)area before heading North towards Goa. We're gonna travel with our 11 year old daughter (our first backpacking trip together). Would like some reccommendations for quiet, laid back place in Fort cochin and a place in more nature setting in backwaters area (for couple nights where we could explore some backwaters. Since there are 3 of us looking for a big double up to 20$. Would appreciate any info. Peace and love from Poland.

Hi
For the backwaters we went to Alleppey and stayed some nights at Johnson's, see http://www.indiamike.com/india-hotels/johnsons-h4160/. He also organizes backwater cruises and knows a quiet beach. |
