sorry, can't help. I haven't really been there to be able to comment.
I will be carrying layers of clothing.
thermals, clothes, woolens and jackets/coats.
lots and socks and gloves and mufflers and caps.
According to the temperature you can keep peeling off the layers
or putting them back on.
I am guessing it will be anywhere between -5 to 20 degrees c
depending on the places and time of day or night.
check out http://www.himalayankingdoms.com/climate.ihtml?id=5
but reports vary. so as I said, layered clothing is the safest bet.

Ladakh is very strange place-to make my point more clear,if you are sitting in sun and your upper bidy is having direct sun but lower body is under shade.
You may get forstbite in lower region and sun burn in upper portion.

I would suggest to pack full woolen layers to counter below zero temp.-specially if you are trekking. If not-still you have to have seat shirts and T-shirts for summer as heat would be good if you are under sun and for evening and nights, you shall have woolen cloths.
Pack yourself according to your activity.
