Rent a Bike in Leh

Hi

I am reaching leh on 28th June. Just wanted to know is it possible to hire a bike in leh and what would be the charges.

rajesh not very sure but u shall get a bike around the maket area the market which houses a sbi atm i think thats the only 1 there and around the corner u can get bikes like pulsar cbz and charges are bout 350 - 500 per day depend s on ur bargaining power

When you enter into Leh from Manali side (Before Petrol Bunk Circle with left going to Srinagar and right to Leh town), you would find a number of bike mechanic shops on the right side. I am aware of a particular mechanic by name Sharma who is supposed to be one of the best Bullet mechanic. May be Sharma could help you find one??

Abhay is right - That guy is unmissable. Mohan Sharma. Very good guy, but incessant chatterbox and takes loooong. plus you kinda goto stand on his head!

drop a pm to lehlover who has booked two pulsars there. he is leaving today for manali from delhi. he would be online anytime soon.
