| Pangong Lake Permits I'm planning to travel to Leh in September with one other person. I've heard you need at least four foreigners to get a permit to visit Pangong Lake. Are there tourist agencies in the town that can arrange for people to make the trip together? |

| Just go to any of the travel agent in Leh and they will help you either arrange a group trip with the necessary permits or would help you get the permits by clubbing you with other travelers and then you can travel with or without them. |
