As per the latest available info.. Agham-Shyok (First route) is completely out of bound, BRO hasn't yet put up the bridge and won't be putting it up this year as they seem to be busy with roads/bridges destroyed last year in Flashflood. Agham-Shyok is a low priority road in that regard. So you have to cross Shyok river to take this route which is simply not possible.

Agham-Wari La is ok if cabs willing to do that, also it's more steep paas than Khardungla so car plays important role here, though many reported road conditions are better there than Khardungla. Sudden snowfall or vehicle problem might lead to trouble as you won't get help easily in Wari La. Nubra-Pangong through Wari La would take around 11 hours.

With bike I heard few die hard bikers even crossed Shyok and took Agham-Shyok route this year but this I heard, not confirmed.

But Wari La should be doable and I hope you are not a solo biker and going in a group.
