Mission Ladakh

Hi,

I and my friends are planning for a trip to Ladhak .Total number of days we will be 7 .We will start our journey from Delhi.
As a first step I am just trying to find out best way to reach Ladhak .I collected below information as of now :

Delhi to Leh by Manali (Adventurous)

Delhi to Manali: 585 km approx.

• By Air -Delhi to Bhuntar Airport(Near Manali)
• By Volvo Bus –Delhi to Manali

Manali to Leh: 475 km approx. 3 days

• On Bikes- Manali Rohtang pass(52km)--Khoksar(19km)----Tandi(38km)--Keylong(9km)--Darcha(28km)--Barlachala(54km)--Sarchu(30km)---Pang(around 7okm)--Tangla--Upsi(125km)—Leh
• Hire Taxi- Manali to Leh

Delhi to Leh via Srinagar (Scenic beauty)

Delhi to Srinagar: 876 Km

A) Delhi to Srinagar –By Air

a) Delhi to Jammu: 583 km
• By Volvo Bus
• By train
• By Taxi
• By Air

b) Jammu to Srinagar: 293 km
• By Road-Hire Taxi

B) Srinagar to Leh: 440 km (1 and 1/2 days)
• By Road-Hire Taxi

We will return from Leh to Delhi by flight .Our mission is to cover one side by road atleast.

According to you out of two which is the better option and we also need to consider that we have only seven days with us.
Infact if you know about any other better option please let me know.
