Markha and Zanskar Valley trekking in August sept

planning on trekking in the Markha valley and linking up to Zanskar valley in mid to late August through to late Sept. Can anyone tell me how difficult it might be, what the climate maybe like how cold etc. Wondering what gear to take in the way of clothes. What the terrain is like?

Daytime may see temps upto 40 deg C [avg 35 deg C] night temp drops very abruptly to around 4 deg C. Sometimes it has gone below zero at night.

i been to leh via manali then kargil to shrinagar few yrs back but in very hurry. i m again planning the same rout but i want to start it from shrinagar then leh pangong nubra tosumorari. anyone there can guide me the details of Zanksar and motor rides around shrinagar then leh rout?
