Manali - Leh - Is the highway open...???
Hi,
Have been reading updates on ride plans etc... Have a question... anybody has any idea on the status of the Manali Leh highway....??? Last reports were Baralachala was open.... any updates after that..?? Replies appreciated... many thanks in advance
