Hi,

we have a plan for visit to Leh by air on 20th March & leave by 28th March. We are a group of friends & we would like to know how should we plan our itenary to make the travel more adventurous. Do we have any 2-3 days trek options near ladakh? Can we go for Ice Skiing in Leh / Laddhak during this time?

The Likir to Tingmosgang (spelled Temisgam on some maps) trek is open all year. Treks with high passes will probably not be possible in March due to snow.

What do you mean by "Ice Skiing"? Well, in any case, whether you mean ice skating or skiing, the answer to both is no: the ice for skating melts away in early February in Ladakh. And there isn't really any skiing facilities for tourists at all in Ladakh, the Army and a few individuals do ski on their own skis.
