| Ladakh in June Just needed to clarify that this is not an advt. My wife and I are travel freaks and we travel a lot. Our last two year's travels include state of Gujarat, Kerala, Rajasthan, Uttarkhand, and bits of 2-3 days travel down south. We are looking for travel partners, preferably couples to join us to Leh, Lamayuru & Tso Moriri. We live in Bangalore and will be flying to Delhi and from there we are travelling by road through Manali to reach Leh. While coming back, we will be flying out of Leh to Delhi and back to Bangalore. Anyone interested can leave a post here. Any helpful tips and suggestions most welcome as this is our first time to Ladakh. |

Bikes would be at available at manali only i am assuming as delhi is way outta the way. . also is it advisable to go all around kashmir , ie manali - jammu , kargil , leh - manali or would it be just better if we did just manali -leh and the places around there tks |

This could be too early ... usually all the passes are open around mid June... thats why we are leaving at that time. Anytime before is taking a chance. Dont want to be a party pooper ...however if you are traveling as couples , then its better to do it alone based on experience Couples and outsiders dont mix and this can dampen the trip enjoyment .... however just my 2 cents worth ![]()

| anindyamukherjee> Were you refering to the original post of Ladakh trip in a group or the one taken by the couple in an SUV? Anyway the cost for my trip is 28k all inclusive ex-Delhi for 11 days. If interested do check out my facebook profile and post your interest http://www.facebook.com/events.php?r...id=71940228230 So far we do not have any kids in our group and I am not sure how safe it is when we go for absolute camping. So do check out and revert. |
