hi there!
we are planning to do this trek in about 1 week and i would need some information,if possible.what is the weather like (snow?)?is it neccessary to bring real warm clothes?is it possible to do the trek with a normal condition?and what about mountain sickness?
i would be relieved,if someone could answer.

Sounds very late to me. You should check conditions locally, as they normally have a fairly good idea of when snow can be expected -- but keep in mind that this trek takes you around three weeks, so even if there is no snow expected for now, chances are that a week or two later, there will be.

You're crossing several high passes, which will become impassable when snowed in. Once in Padum, there is of course a theoretical escape route by road via Kargil to Leh, but this is very likely to be snowed in as well. Do you fancy spending the winter in Padum?

Horsemen will be very reluctant to accompany you, as the may get stuck for the winter.

If (and it's a big if) you're still keen on doing it, I would suggest two alternatives: Firstly, flying to Leh and doing it the opposite way might be easier (weather-wise and finding horsemen desperate to return home), and secondly, if there is only a chance of one week of good weather, driving to Padum and doing only the second part out to Karsha (with only one major pass, and possible alternative routes out to the road).
