Hemis festival
hi,
does anyone have some detailed informations about the itinerary of Hemis Festival 2004 ? I read in an answer to my first question towards road conditions that it's going to start on the 12th already. In festival calendars in is put on the end of June ? So when is the best time to show up in order not to miss anything ??? i will arrive in india at the beginning of June. mfg thomas ps. is there a good place to be on buddha purnima, perhaps dharamsala, supposedly on the 3rd of june ? |
