Help On ladakh PLZ....Urgent

ILP you can get it yourself from the DC's office or else a travel agent might get it. Carry either a driver's license or some other identification and a few passport size photos. In my recent visit, i was asked for neither of them but it is advised to have them with you... one never knows...

One just needs a photocopy of a photo identity card, never had to give them any photos.

Ikon is not exactly the car people prefer taking to leh. But, my experience contradicts the common belief. Smaller cars generaly dont get stuck. just that you might feel uneasy when pebbles strike your underbelly. hope they dont puncture your fueltank otherwise they it is perfectly manageable. To comfort you many 800s have passed through that route and many more will continue.

Well talking about Ikon's. i came across Hyundai Ascent & Tata Indigo do the trip !
