Help Me Plan This Trip To Eternity

Okay guys me and few of my friends are planning a trip from Bangalore to Leh-ladakh in sometime next year April. We have a small thing in our mind that we want to fly to and fro Bangalore-Delhi...and from there we want to enter leh-ladakh via Manali and while coming back we want to come back via Srinagar.
Total days for the trip would be approximately 15 days.

Now questions are overwhelming but answers very few...

1) firstly which all places we can cover?
2) how should we plan our trip?
3) is it feasible to arrange all logistics in Delhi(vehicle and camping gear)? or should I think elsewhere?
4) what would be the cost estimate per person/per day with a buffer amount? (excluding delhi-bangalore airfares)
5) how about connectivity of ATM's and mobile phones?
6) what all we should carry?
7) what passes (ILP's) we need and where we can procure them at what cost?

Any other details/snippets which crosses your mind which you want to tell us please do share for getting a complete picture...

April is not the time to drive. Latest is 2nd week of May and can go till end of May for the roads to get cleared.

So the only option is to Fly into Leh and enjoy the uninterrupted beauty of Ladakh (no tourist) and sub zero temperature.
