Flight from Delhi to Leh?

Hi,

I'm looking for a flight to Leh on September 17th from Delhi. I've looked at Jet Air and Indian Airlines and the fares vary between £75 and £150 - does anyone have any suggestions as to which airline to choose? Any ideas on how to secure a window seat in advance?!!

Whichever is cheapest, and at the most convenient time for you, though as I recall all the flights are in the mornings anyway due to weather conditions. Book early because they sell out quickly.

We checked in early, which is likely to be your only option. Don't even think about a window seat if you have a nervous disposition.

Joking apart, the scenery on the last part of the journey was utterly breathtaking, I long to do that journey again.

Hey Hannah, why not book early and enjoy the Ladakh Festival which ends on 15th September... Just my 2 cents...

Oh no!! Shame... I would have loved to, but can't anyway because my flight gets in to Delhi on the 14th

Hi I have just seen That king fisher has tickets to 3041 Rs one way, or you can use http://www.akbartravelsonline.com

On Jet Airways you can check in on-line 24 hours in advance. So if that's the Airline you eventually decide on, chances of getting a window seat should be pretty high.
