I have got a little confused about the best possible time to visit Ladakh after checking all the online opinions. Mostly, end-June to September has been mentioned as a good time to visit Ladakh.

Now what I want to avoid is getting a cloudy sky in Ladakh. I want to travel for around 10-12 days and my available time-windows are (July-1 to July-15), (September-1 to September-15) or (September-16 to October-2). And I am ready to either fly-in to Leh or take the Srinagar/Manali to Leh road as per the weather and road conditions.

I am Ok with cold and high altitude as I have already visited Gurudongmar lake in Sikkim. So September should not be a problem as far as cold weather is concerned.
My first preference is clear & sunny sky and natural beauty.

I know its very difficult to predict weather and this choice also varies person-to-person, but inputs based on previous experience would be very helpful.

No one is ever 'OK' with high altitude and AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) affects even the most experienced of mountaineers. Just because you were OK last time does not mean that you will be next time. Always take the usual precautions.

As for the best time to visit - probably Sep/October? I was there in July/August and there was some cloud, but nice fluffy Cumulus cloud. On the passes, weather conditions change quickly and during Zanskar I did get caught (and soaked) in a flash storm when coming over a pass.

I mean there is very little precipitation in Ladakh all year round, so it is unlike a lot of Nepal or Sikkim, that are affected by the monsoons.

Yes..I know the risks associated with AMS and by 'OK', I just meant to say that I know about it and would surely take the necessary precautions.
Thanks for your suggestions. I would then plan for the second half of September as September should also be much cheaper than July.
Input from anyone else is also most welcome.

I explored ladakh twice, once in the month of june( june 15 starting day from Delhi). Again in the month of july. Month of june was very reasonable weather was nice almost 90% without dense clouds. In the July month I faced lot of difficulties other than rain. roads were blocked and we had to stop twice for two days each time. I Would suggest you to visit in the month of September
