Anyone ever been to Korzok Gustor?
Hello. Has anyone ever been to the Korzok Gustor chaam dancing? I've done some searching on the internet and can't find any information on it. I assume you still need to get a permit- even during the festival- to travel to Korzok. If anyone has any advice on this, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi, been toKorzokbut not to attend Gustor Festival. This year its Jul 17 and 18th check the link.
http://www.highasialadakh.com/index....d=31&Itemid=43 Yes, you will need permit to visit Korzok which is very easy to get it at Leh if you are in a group of 4 or more, else you will need to contact one of the many travel agents who will organize for you. Check with them for availability of place to sleep in the night as the village is small. Do let me know if you need more info. Angchuk |
