Thumbs down WARNING: "blue world tourist" bus from delhi to manali

Luckily we survived our bustrip with the above mentioned bus company to Manali. The drivers were racing like crazy, one stimulating the other, which ended in a serious crash with a truck this morning. Glass was everwhere, people got cuts in their faces and all over the body. Fortunately nobody got killed, but it didn't miss much.

Too bad but most bus drivers drive like maniacs in the hills..

Beware of Blue world Tourist while bgoing to Nainital from Delhi.......my Friends

yaa.....you are absolutely right.
One incidence i also remember....in the month of june 2009 i had booked 2 sleeper birth in an A/C bus of Blue World for Nainital.
While boarding frm Anand Vihar, New Delhi...i was told that i will get only 1 sleeper birth coz its by mistake....friends i have no options then. Any how we two (me n my wife) started our journey at abt 12:30 am. After two hours we feel suffocation n we inquired from d staff, we caqme to know that A/c got malfunctioned n will not work. Helllll like feeling.

Any how after some harsh words they started AC but again after 1 hour they closed n declared that ac cant run. We reached Haldwani. From there, we have to board on another bus.....but it was non a/c . Matter of Anger n we find that we are abt 41 passengers and the seat of that bus is of capacity 35 persons.
They said sir u have to sit in the driver's cabin with ur wife. We along wi 2 other couple refused. and finally we get to Nainital wi a SUV.

While returning i make booking with Uttarakhand Tourist Bus. n we got amazing service.

Friends mine suggestion is "Never Board bus of Blue World Tourist Co." They r the hell......Disgusting. Whole trip will be Spoiled of yours otherwise.

I watched these tourist buses fly along whilst on my recent trip from Delhi-Manali-Leh-Srinagar-Delhi. Not one of the drivers would be let loose in a bus/coach in the UK let alone pass a driving test.

I would not set foot in one even if you paid me. This driver fell asleep on the best stretch of highway in north india. He crossed the centre reservation, took out an electricity pole, glanced of the side of a truck, then returned to his own side of the carriageway. The passengers were lucky to survive.
