Village homestay in Kullu & Manali (Help Reqd)

Hi,

I am Vidyanand from Bangalore. Myself & my friends (total 7members) are planning for a trip to Leh for 17 days.

Entire Trip itinerary:
Delhi - Kullu - Manali - Sarachu - Leh - Pangong Lake - Nubra Valley - Kargil - Drass - Sri Nagar - Jammu - Waga - Amritsar - Delhi - Agra - Bangalore

Trip itinerary in Kullu district:
Jul 31 Evening - Reach Kullu. Overnight stay in Kullu.
Aug 01 - Sightseeing in Kullu. Overnight stay in Kullu.
Aug 02 - Sightseeing in Manali. Overnight stay in Manali.
Aug 03 morning - Rohtang pass then to Leh

Can you please help me with the important places to see in Kullu & Manali? Also, Could you please advise on homestays near Kullu & Manali? We prefer to stay in a nearby village.
