The Himachal Is Called, Dev Bhoomi ( The Abode Of God).
The Himachal Is Called, Dev Bhoomi by local people ( The Abode Of God). When I visited Manali from extream climate of Thar desert Rajasthan to soooothing and coolest palace I found it true in real sense.
Manli one of the highly recommended by my relative who were lived in Chandigarh to once go and experience the truth and climate of Himachal Pradesh. Manali is 6398 ft above sea level. Nearest broad gauze rail head is Chandigarh about 315 km away.
From the Chandigarh some night Volvo buses and govt State transport buses of Punjab and Himachal were rendering their services, But I preferred day journey to look and photography to amazing beauty scattered around in Mother Nature, and I book a Tavera and we went through the National Highway No. 21. This highway originates from Chandigarh and ends at Manali. This path from Chandigarh to Manali followed by National Highway No 21. we reaches at Manali in evening 7 o clock,we took so many photographs of parallel flowing milkfish white river of Beas, Manali has spectacular views of snow capped peaks and wooded slopes.
After reching manali we went to Rohatang in early morning at 3.30 am morning ,Rohatang photo and illustration were kept in second edition post ……to be contd.......................

Nice fotos.
However: Deva does not necessarily mean God, but it means some beings living on a higher plane, deva-loka. Pristine areas are often referred to as places where the lower devas (relative to, say, the Brahmas which are higher ones)live.
