Road conditions: Delhi-Manali-Chandrataal
We are planning to go from Delhi to Manali and then to chandrataal (21 to 25 Aug, 2008). I have heard that roads around Bilaspur are very bad due to heavy rains. has any news on the road conditions on Delhi-Manali-Chandrataal route. Should we abort our tour due to heavy rain conditions.

Our plan to Chandrataal (20-23 aug) got cancelled due to heavy rainfall and landslides in nalagarh area.
