Permit help
I am making a plan to travel manali to leh by cycle....
i want to know about Permit from the Ministry of Home Affairs.... Do anyone know about the permit for Indian?  |

You don't need any permit to travel from Manali to Leh. Permit are required for borders areas like Nubra, pangong, tso moriri and dah-hanu. Which you can get from the DC office in Leh.
