| Hi poonam, Recent update at rohtang when we visited on 24th Sep 09 - Roads are not in good condition. the traffic at rohtang would keep your vehicle for an hour and half at the same spot. There is no snow at all till the last stop at rohtang. To actually see the snow clad mountains closely and touch the snow you have to go by pony ahead for more 2 kms. to take children with you on a pony would be a task. Also the temperature falls drastically by evening 5. It also becomes windy and foggy. But rohtang is a place worth to see. Manali is quite pleasant and you do get view of snow clad mountains. Kullu - Manali road is full of apple orchards. Very beautiful place. Simla is colder as compared to manali. You wont get to see any snow there. Simla is nice place to hang around at Mall Road. |

| I m going tomorrow. Our trip will commence on 4th oct means 4 days 3 nights. We have booked a taxi for thw whole trip. How should we plan our trip?? However we have decided that we'll spend one day at shimla, one kufri and rest one days we havnt decided yet, we are actually confused between chail, narkanda, naldhera, kasauli etc. Wat will be the gud choice plz suggest |

| Naldehra has nothing special to see. Just a golf course to see from outside. Here again there are horse rides. You can look for narkanda, chail. |
