Manali To Mumbai

Hello freinds,

From Manali, besides the 16hr bus ride and the flight from Kullu airport, what is the other means of reaching Delhi? We basically have to get back to Mumbai? Any preferred route to take from Manali to Mumbai?

We thought of flying from Kullu to Mumbai via Delhi, but flights are very expensive. Is it better to go from Manali to Pathankot, take over night trian to Delhi and then fly back to Mumbai or take car from Manali to Chandigarh and fly back?

You can go towards Jammu from Pathankot and fly back to Mumbai..

How far would Manali be from Pathankot?
Is it the same distance as Manali to Chandigarh?

We can take the flight back to Mumbai from Chandigarh

I have not seen direct flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai. Use ixigo.com to search for air connectivity and fares.

There are direct flights from Chandigarh to Mumbai.

Just wanted to know which route by car is longer..Manali to Chandigarh or Manali to Pathankot?
