Manali - Jan First Week?

Hi Friends,

Need a quick help on current weather in Manali & what I should expect during first week of JAN ? Can we expect snow? If not then what would be the best place to visit if SNOW is on the travel agenda.

Also, any views on Holiday INN - Manali ? or any better places to stay ..Apple Country Resort , Ambassador ?

Any help/advice is much appreciated !

I saw in the News today that Manali received a lot of snowfall.. Assuming you go in early Jan, there should be plenty of it.

Try Log Huts as far as hotels are concerned.

Wel, per your advice..I did some google around LOG HUTS ..and found quite a few viz: Leela, HAMTA etc.
any recommendations for good luxury premium ones ?

If you do book, Opt for Log Huts or Orchard Huts, Hamta and Hadimba arent half as good as Log/Orchard Huts

Ne advices will be appreciated...!! Its only me and one of my frnd...so if anyone want to go fr a trkking or have a party together are welcome..!!!

oh thats sad. i am booking back to delhi on 3rd itself. have seen lots of places here.
