Hotel in Manali for family
Hotel in Manali for family
Hi,
I will be visiting Manali next weekend with wife and 7 year old son. First time to Manali and looking for hotel options. Something that is comfortable, clean, quiet and with good views - but within walking distance to the main area (Mall Road?)
Rock Manali (seems new), Piccadily and Holiday seem to be good choices but I am not sure if these hotels are near the main area for morning / evening walks - or do we have to take an auto / vehicle?
Going for the first time and with family - so not looking for budget options.
Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Rohtang Manalsu might be a good fit seeing your requirements.
Kedar Janani Devasthan, Mt Abu - Udaipur, Bharatpur, Agra, Gwalior, Orchha, Jhansi

Thanks. How far are Rock Manali from the main Mall Road area? Also, how/where is Manali Inn?

Hello, Check Negi's mayflower hotel too. Its about 1 km from the Manali bazar (mall). I have not stayed there yet and will be there next weekend (booked already).
I shortlisted that one after a lot of homework on the hotels. So may be, it will help you too :-)
Happy holidaying :-)
Thanks - that is a good option as well. Ended up booking with Banon Resorts. Will let everyone know how it turns out. Happy holidaying to you as well.

Sure ! So i guess, we will be at same place at same time. Both the hotels are just opposite to each other :-)

Hi,You made a nice choice, Banon Resort is a good one and its just a km walk from Mall Road, and its on the way to Hadimba Temple & old Manali.

I recommend Rock Manali
Hi,
I stayed at Rock Manali this Feb and must say, for a new hotel, they have really set some great standards. The service is fantastic and they have very comfortable rooms. Infact, my kids went crazy in their play corner at the hotel. I had a great stay there. Was there for 5 days. Let me know if this helps!
