| Hotel Bhrigu - Vashisht Anyone been? Or recommendations anywhere else in Vahisht? Looking for a place for about a week before we go to Kasol  |

|  Never go to Hotel Bhrigu Manali I booked Hotel Bhrigu at Vashist,Manali during my recent visit and got confirmation verbally as well as over mail that my room is booked. Unfortunately when I reached there, I found the room is allotted to someone else. I was shocked by their cheating. Moreover on reaching there I did not found their owner and the manager. Only a cook and a porter was present in the hotel. After complain the owner over phone, he switched off his mobile. They are most disorganised and I suggest all travellers to Manali to avoid hotel Bhrigu. |

 | Hi, I have been going to Hotel Bhrigu for some years now. I have had no such problem. The key is that if you do a booking, specially in the peak season months like May-June, you should make some advance payment to confirm it. Hill-Explorer did you make some advance payment to them while booking ? Bhrigu hotel has excellent views overlooking the Beas Valley, the Manali Town on oneside and the Snow Covered Rohtang Range on the Other side. They have a good restaurant called Basho On the Top, they play Classic English movies on a big screen every evening.
