Easy Trekking/Adventure for 40+ Couple

We are 40+ couple planning to visit Manali in early August. We are staying in Manali for 3 nights only. We are keen to do some easy trekking where we can enjoy pristine nature and serenity. We are physically active and quite fit. Camping out may not be possible due to our short visit, unless it is just for one night. All the trekking package I see on the internet involve 6 to 8 days and camping out.

Can someone suggest the best options we have to have a bit of trekking, have some easy adventure, visit to the most important sights, (perhaps only Rhotang Pass to have time for trekking) etc.

Also I want to know how reliable and regular the flights of MDLR Airlines from Delhi as I am considering a Travel and Hotel package offered by MDLR Airlines.

Any information and advice most welcome.

I just want to know if there is any place I can go by taking a Taxi from Manali and then go trekking from there for a few hours for great views. Any info will be appreciated
