does it snow in manali after 15th oct

hello everyone

i am traveling after oct 15th this year. my wife wanted to see some snowy nature. does it snow after 15th Oct in kullu manali and Shimla?

cant say about manali, but at rohtang pass you can find snow

Fare chance of finding snow at Rohtang. Chance of snow in Manali in Oct is rare. It normally snows at the end of December or Jan.

But with changing weather conditions, keep your finger crossed. And its always better to find snow at Rohtang than in Manali, as if there is snow in Manali means Rohtang would be closed.

And do not plan for Rohtang on Tuesday. There is a news in Tribune today which says that Rohtang will be closed every tuesday from 9 AM to 6 PM except for HRTC and Emergency vehicle due to double laning work being carried out by BRO.
