Apples in Simla in the month of September ?

Hi all,

I have heard about the famous green apples of simla. IS september the season for these apples? Is there any chance of visiting the apple gardens and actually experience the 'on-tree' apple view ??

I have seen a lot of them in Auli and Manali around July and August. I have not been to Shimla but the time seems right now!

I was in Shimla last September... never got a single nice sweet crunchy apple there, or anywhere else in India. But there must be some around! Good luck

Hi,
I am just back from Simla -kullu- manali. The road from kullu to manali has loads of apple (green and red) trees with apples all around. Got a box full of green apples too from the kullu market.
