Where to stay in calcutta
Looking for a clean place to stay in sudder street, calcutta...budget accomodation - pay around 200-350Rs..Please give directions, ph or email add is even better. thanks heaps

I still love the dormitories at Salvation Army, though shared bath and toilet facilites are sometimes populated with mosquitos. You can meet a lot of very intersting people there.
Have you checked the Lonely Planet's budget accommodations? That's what I always use -- but be sure to look at the room first before handing over any money. A Rs200 room can be grubby. Arriving early in the morning gets you the best rooms as soon as people check out. |
