Where can I find Sage herb in Kolkata?
Where can I find Sage herb in Kolkata?
Can anybody please suggest where can I get Sage in KOlkata? I found the bengali name of it is "bhui Tulshi" but don't know where to look for. Please help.

Sounds like someone used a software translator. i'll ask a Kashmiri human for the name in Kashmiri (but I don't have the script
)..
).. The botanical name for sage is Salvia Officinalis. It grows around the Mediterranean. (Greek name - faskomilo.) It also grows sparingly in India:

As to where you, tumparc, might find it in Kolkata, I can imagine you would find dried sage imported perhaps. But fresh sage might be difficult to find. What were you planning on using it for?
