Signature Dishes of Bars in Kolkata

I have been to a lot of bars in Kolkata. Here is a compilation of what I consider the signature dish (best goes with the drink, that is) of those bars.

Moderators: I hope naming the dishes and the bars that make them is not solicitation.

• Dragon Chicken (shredded chicken with cashew, spicy, hotter than Chili Chicken): Penguin (DLF building, New Town, Rajarhat)
• Kasturi Murgh Tikka (kebab, spicy but not too hot): BB's (Millenium City, Sec 5)
• Pahari Kebab (kebab, spicy, not too hot) : Go Where (Opposite Barbeque Nation, Sector 5)
• Chicken Tandoori (roasted chicken) and Fish Finger : Nalban (Nalban, Sec 5)
• Chicken Lollypop (name says it all, juicy) : Raul's (Hazra, next to Jatin Das Park metro station, Fire Brigade side)
• Varwan Tangri (chicken leg with minced mutton filling) : Tandoor Park (Dhakuria, opposite Jodhpur Park post office)
• Mixed Kebab platter (varieties of kebabs) : Again Tandoor Park
• Chili Pork : Chung Wah (Next to Chandni Chawk metro station, ABP side of the pavement)
• Fish and Chips : Moulin Rouge (Near the Park hotel, Park Street)

Additions, anyone?

All the bars in the Chinatown (Tangra) areas serve delicious and mouthwatering dishes. The drinks are also little cheaper here than in other places in Calcutta. But transport facilities are poor.

Chicken Ala Keiv and mixed Grill at good old OLYPUB, Park Street.

Highhope , You missed out the signature dish of Olypub ... Beef Steak !!!

Then there is Duck Roast from WALDORF ( Though Seasonal )
