Kolkata Hotel
Anybody stayed at Hotel Diplomat in Sudder Street? I'm tossing up whether to stay there or a Super Guest House further down Sudder St.

I prefer Super, out of the two. Super is very clean and people are friendly.
My other preferred location is Tourist Inn, just nearby round Diplomat. Rooms from 110 (single shared toilet, small room), to 400-450 (big room with two beds, fan, toilet, hot water) to 800 for the best one with AC. Very friendly folks + free water and hot coffee/tea on demand. |

Yep I'd go for the Super as well. Check out a few rooms because they do vary in quality and cost. I also found the staff really friendly and helpful
