| Information on tailors Hi everyone, I want to know where do I get tailors to stitch simple Salwar Kameez and Frocks ? Are there any special "Tailor Markets" where many tailors sit in a row with their sewing machines to take orders ? Also what is the delivery period like ? Do they deliver the finished dress within a week in Kolkata ? Thanks |

| In every locality there will be local tailoring shops. Just ask your neighbours which one they recommend. Most big cloth material shops(where you buy the salwar kameez pieces) have contacts with a tailor. you can ask them too. There are certain localities where a large number of tailors traditionally work( metiaburuz) but they work with large dress manufacturers and tailoring shops. They will usually not take small orders from unknown customers. |
