Hi Rajan Vijay

Welcome to Kolkata.

(1) Take CSTC Bus from Howrah Station: (a) No. 5 (Route: Howrah station to Garia) - Fare Rs. 6/- per head
(b) E1 (Route: Howrah station to Jadavpur) - Standing not allowed in this Bus - Fare Rs. 12/- per head. Both the Govt. buses are easily available from Howrah station. I prefer you to take Bus No. E1 for your journey. Get down at KALIGHAT Bus stop.

After Darshan at KALIGHAT, Take Metro from KALIGHAT station to DUM DUM station. Get down at DUM DUM station. DUM DUM is a junction with Suburban Railway, Metro Railway and Circular Railway. Take any train going to DANKUNI section and get down at DAKSHINESHWAR station. Walkable distance from the station. Darshan at DAKSHINESHWAR Temple & Adyapith Temple.

TRAIN SERVICE:

Train originates from Sealdah North Section and ends at Dankuni. But you have to board these train from DUM DUM and get down at DAKSHINESHWAR.
Dum Dum Departure: 1108/1219/1426/1536/1619
Dakshineshwar Arrival: 1115/1226/1433/1543/1626

After darshan, take local bus for BELUR MATH or Boat ride to go to the opposite bank to reach Belur Math.

Bus service as well as train service are there from Belur Math to Howrah, but most comfortable is the train journey.

TRAIN SERVICE:

Train originates from Belur Math and ends at Howrah.
Belur Math Departure: 1645/1800/1910
Howrah Arrival: 1710/1825/1937

Alternatively, you can book ticket for a CITY TOUR organised by West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation. Visit: http://app.westbengaltourism.gov.in/...c_package.html

Hi.Rajan ,

As Kol-2012 said correctly , i will just add some of my views........

After Darshan at KALIGHAT, Take Metro from KALIGHAT station to ShyamBazar .Take Bus to Dakhineshwar which is easily avaliable. Train going to DANKUNI section is not very frequent ( Approx 1 Hr interval). Walk able distance from Bus Stand. Darshan at DAKSHINESHWAR Temple & Adyapith Temple. And Take a Boat ride in river Ganges to reach Belurmath its comfortable and thrilling than Bus. (During Durga puja Its too crowded at belurmath and road are full of traffic it take long time to reach from Dakhineshwar)

Kalighat is closed between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, so keep this in mind!
