I wonder what they think a "pocketbook" is? Handbag? Wallet? No idea.

I'd assumed a modern laptop kind of thingie. (Notebook?)

Guess the purse might make sense though. I.e., don't leave anything you care about dangling unguarded from the back of your seat. Duh.

I guess it's the kind of stuff that bears repeating every once in a while though, no harm done. ps

I can't be sure but think it's nationwide yes. (On a quick web search: Yes, it would seem to be. Or for the police I think; 108 actually seems to connect you to any of the emergency services all at once. The latter may be under development still, I'm not sure.)
