tasuray...you are truly amazing ! I did not think I could ever have managed to do this remotely. Cannot thank you enough. I have sent you a detailed PM.
thx robotvoice...I do like the 5th option...quite enjoy just hanging out and absorbing the vibes of the cities I visit. Again thanks to all of you India Mike'rs for such great information and Judi, Jyoti and Tasuray for all the PM's we have exchanged. What did we do before internet came into our lives ? None of this would have been possible. Thank you all. |

Thx Thoughtcrimes, I have visited the Tolly website and really liked the place. I understand it is not in the city centre, but is connected conveniently via metro.

tasuray - we have been following Orchid's search for her relatives. I am really impressed with your success in finding them. Hope the urgency does not indicate that there is a problem.
distaff half of hfot2[/quote] Hfot2..yes I am indeed very happy that tasuray has actually managed to locate our relatives. I cannot thank him enough. The urgency was to get a response from me as I had not responded to his PM's. Thx for your concern. |

Bhai Bhaswaran,
I think your resident is nearer to Dakshineswar or Ariadaha. If you reside near to Jawpur then you will do the same thing which I have done.So no thanks.I can write in Bengali but others will not understand so I write in English. |

Bhaswaran & Tasuray
Sorry, for digressing, but, do you remember Anadi Cabin and the Moghlai paratha? I am joining IIT- KGPas a Professor and would love to visit Kolkata - I have many fond memories since I spent a few years there as child - in Lake terrace. Cheers nattusbs |

Yes yes ... very much. I have Moglai Paratha from Anandi Cabin just yesterday.. I try to get one whenever I go to Esplande. Although I must admit that the taste has drastically downgraded. |

Thanks Bhaswaran, Jyotirmoy & Tasuray
3 out of 3 say that Anadi Cabin's Moghlai paratha quality has gone down over the years - I say, we talk to the owner and complain .Nattusbs |
