can someone kind enough to post pictures of kolkata ?
can someone post pictures of kolkata street scenes such as from
free school street (armenian college) to new market to bentick street, just to see how calcutta ( my childhood town) is.  |

If you go to www.flickr.com and type "Kolkata" into the search box you will get thousands of pictures of Kolkata. It is a great resource.

At least in my experience, it is not particularly easy to find typical photos of Kolkata's street scenes apart from a relative handful of rather touristy, postcard looking ones of the major monuments and attractions that the city has to offer. While there are indeed some pics of the city on Indiamike, it would nice to find out some other sources on-line if possible.
