Calcutta trip report..

Would like to thank all of you first of all, specially Jyotirmoy for all your kind suggestions.
I had gone to Calcutta for 2 days, had a packed schedule. I had a wedding to attend (first Bengali marriage I attended), went to the Dover Lane music festival and of course, took plenty of pics.
I went to Kumartuli, Park Street Cemetery, Howrah bridge including the Flower Market and a brief foray to Belur Math for my pics. Still working on a lot of them, but have posted a small sample. Comments and criticism are welcome.
The Dover Lane festival was great, I went only one night though. Saw Rashid Khan, Hariprasad and of course, the incomparable Pt Jasraj. It went on all night, hearing Jasraj in the early hours of the morning was divine.
Great story, the electricity conks off during Pt Jasraj's concert, its totally dark and no mikes. Panditji never misses a beat, and his voice sounds a 100 times better without the mike. An organizer comes onstage to explain that they are trying to start the generator, and there are a few murmurs in the back but the crowd shushes them and Jasraj is singing all this while..
Finally the light comes back on (no one cares at this point) and Jasraj just keeps singing like nothing happened. What a performer..
