Booking trains from Kolkata - a tip

Hi all. I may have been having a particularly bad day when I booked my train tickets to and from NJP on the internet but it took me ages to work out why it kept telling me there were no trains. Typing in Kolkata gets you nowhere - you have to type in Sealdah (or Howrah, whichever). Seems odd as the main site lists Kolkata.

Hope that saves somebody the 10 minutes of utter confusion that I had.

log on to www.indianrail.gov.in. GO TO ;Trains between imp. stations
Then: Scroll down to Howrah-Hwh and or Kolkata-Hwh
