AIr Asia - Starting Kolkata - KL Flight.

AirAsia , is set to commence the connection between the Malaysian capital and Kolkata with daily flights from November 7

AirAsia is Asia's largest low-fare, no-frills carrier that began operations in 1996. It will operate a 180-seater Airbus A320 aircraft. The incoming flight AK 203 will touch down at the city airport at 4.30 pm. The return flight, AK 204, will take off for Kuala Lumpur half an hour later, it has good connections to all over southeast asian cities and austrlia from hub at KL. it will be a Regular flight.

Great news!! So, the good old days are returning for Kolkata airport slowly ?

Yes ! it's a great news indeed,
and the Aircraft will have all Economoy class seats,
No Business , No Executive and No First Class .

Any idea on the price or when you can start booking these flights?
Also isn't Air Asia going to start going from somewhere in India to BKK?

There are so many airlines serving Kolkata - Bangkok
sector, Recent addition during this month is Kingfisher
Airlines . I dont think Air Asia is going to start
any operations between kolkata - Bangkok, However
It may be routed via KL since they have a service
from KL to Bangkok.
