accommodation at RK Mission at Golpark

Hello all:
We will be visiting kolkata sometime soon. We would like to stay at RK mission guest house at Golpark. Is it possible for a couple to stay there. If possible what is the link and the facilities of the guest house.We appreciate if anyone from kolkata knows this details or have experience staying there. Thanks in advance. --Kumar

The guesthouse doesnt have a high profile on the web because it is highly in demand by scholars and you have to reserve well in advance, usually.

My daughter lived there for 5 months a couple of years ago and is returning for a year shortly - the standard rooms with what she said are bland meals (she's a vegetarian and the bengalis mostly are not which limited her range) are $3 per night - I believe they have a few AC rooms for a bit more.
