About buddhist Guest house in Kolkata

Hello,
In the list of cheap accomodations in Kolkata I found :

Bauddha Dharmankur Sabha - 1, Buddhist Temple Road

Mahabodhi Society of India, 4A Bankim Chatterjee Road
(near College Street)

Did one indiamiker already tried one of them or have any information ?

yes i stayed there on 8th august...its clean ,basic,shared toilet and bathrooms.

Thanks Mantru, Did you stay at the first or the second one?
Was it necessary to book ? do they close the access at a certain time in the evening ?

I stayed on the first one,my friends were staying there so i just moved in extended a day .Yes they book the rooms when i had enquired earlier thry were full.When I was there i returned around 10.30 pm it was open at that time i am not so sure after that as i stayed for just a day and they charge 250/- per day.
